Abstract

A new series of novel analogues of 1, 3, 4- thiadiazole were synthesized. These analogues were identified on the basis of melting point range, Rf values, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral analysis. The analogues were screened for analgesic activity. The analogues exhibited significant to moderate analgesic activity.
